A 100-Year-Old Quadraplex Conversion

This former quadraplex was converted into a single family home, with a perfect Southern screen porch on ipe decking. They selected a great mix of finishes- beautiful tiles, light fixtures, paint colors, brass switchplates, and cared about honoring the history of the home by salvaging and replicating 1918 historic details.
